Application Forms are filled
online. For applying online the students need to visit college
website “www.gdckishtwar.in”
and click on the link "Admission Sem-I/III 2023-24(NEP)" provided for the online
admission.
A student who is visiting
the site for first time has to first register by SIGN UP and filling the relevant information. Students need to make sure that
all the information they are providing is correct. Falsified information may
lead to cancellation of his/her admission at any step at which the discrepance
is detected.
Student must note down CANDIDATE ID generated after Sign Up is Completed.
Student can Login with CANDIDATE ID as username & 12th/Sem-1 Roll No. as password.
After successful login, the student will be
redirected to the STUDENT DASHBOARD page where he/she can find LINKS
FOR PHOTO AND SIGN UPLOAD.Students need to upload their recent
passport size photograph and signature in jpg format. Size of the photo and
signature file for upload should not exceed 100kb. After Successful Upload of

Students belonging to Reserved
Categories got reservation in seats as per norms at the time of preparation of merit-cum-select list(SEM-1).
(FOR SEM-1)The students whose names appear in
the first and subsequent merit lists have to take admission in subjects
combination allotted to him/her and deposit the requisite fee (offline mode) along with hard
copies of all required documents in college. After verification of documents(offline
mode) by
college admission committee his/her admission is confirmed. Students who do
not deposit the requisite fee within the time frame notified in each merit list
will forfeit the right to admission and the seats will be offered to other
eligible students falling next in the merit list.
The college reserves the rights to
make any amendment in admission rules except for those governed by University of
Jammu. The Principal reserves the right to accept or reject any application form
for admission without assigning any reason.
