Application Forms are filled online. For applying online the students need to visit college website “www.gdckishtwar.in” and click on the link "Admission Sem-III/V 2023-24" provided for the online admission.

 A student who is visiting the site for first time has to first register by SIGN UP and filling the relevant information. Students need to make sure that all the information they are providing is correct. Falsified information may lead to cancellation of his/her admission at any step at which the discrepance is detected.

Student must note down CANDIDATE ID generated after Sign Up is Completed. Student can Login with CANDIDATE ID as username & Previous Semester-I/III Roll No. as password.

After successful login, the student will be redirected  to the STUDENT DASHBOARD page  where he/she can find LINKS FOR PHOTO AND SIGN UPLOAD.Students need to upload their recent passport size photograph and signature in jpg format. Size of the photo and signature file for upload should not exceed 100kb. After Successful Upload of PIC/SIGN, Link for Choosing Subject and Application Print is available here.

The college reserves the rights to make any amendment in admission rules except for those governed by University of Jammu. The Principal reserves the right to accept or reject any application form for admission without assigning any reason.

Eligibity Criteria:-
A student will be eligible for promotion from Semester-II to III and Semester IV to V provided he/she has passed atleast 50% of the Credits/Subjects/Papers of theory/practicals of Semester-I/III as the case may be and passed in Internal Assessment of all subjects/papers of Semester-II/IV as the case may be.
